• Align rendition with your budget.

Step 3: Construction Plans

• Call 811 and take photos of utility location flags.
• Create a construction plan per city code.
• Send construction plan to City and HOA.

Step 4: Engineering

• Prep for engineering needs.
• Develop engineering layout.
• Align engineering with construction plans.

Step 5: Survey-811-Permit-HOA

• Package survey, 811, construction, engineering, and send to your City.
• Package survey, 811, construction, engineering, and send to your HOA.
• Respond to any HOA and City questions.

Step 6: Sub Contractors

• Identify potential Sub Contractors.
• Select preferred Sub Contractors.
• Schedule Sub Contractors.

Step 7: Construction

• Schedule / Inspect: Dig, steel, bonding, plumbing, equipment.
• Schedule / Inspect: Electric utilities, gas utilities.
• Schedule / Inspect: Tile, coping, decking.

Step 8: Startup

• Schedule / Inspect: Plaster and fill.
• Startup maintenance / brushing
• Balance chemicals and swim!
